We offer our customers a choice of business models to better suit their business strategies. Depending on the customer's specific requirements, the kind and scope of project, and the time frames, one of the following business models can be selected: Time and Expense, ODT / Offshore Staffing and BOT.
Time and Expense
The Time and Expense model presupposes that customers pay weekly or monthly fee based on reports on the amount of work done. It is convenient for projects with requirements that are either unclear or bound to change during the development process. The Time and Expense model is implemented using Iterative Development. The team size and structure may be modified in the course of the project to fit the existing workload and updated objectives.
ODT / Offshore Staffing and BOT
ODT (Offshore Dedicated Team) is a development team that is put together specifically for your needs. The specialists on the team work full-time on your projects exclusively. This option is beneficial for long-term engagements. It offers competitive rates and guarantees full control over the entire process, ensuring high quality and efficiency of the work performed. This business model is also known as Offshore Staffing and is supposed to be used in conjunction with the Iterative Development model. If you choose ODT, you will pay a fixed monthly fee for each team member.
We also offer a business model called BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer). It is a favorable option for a customer specifically interested in the benefits of offshore staffing, who would like to own an off-site development center avoiding the risks inherent in the early formation phase. For such a customer, we build ODT with all the personnel and infrastructure necessary to commence work, let the customer operate the team, and eventually transfer the complete ownership of the facility and resources to the customer.
Assistance in creating and registering a new company and staffing it with administrative personnel are provided for additional cost.
