Qualifications required:

• Successful sales record of, specifically, outsourcing or custom software development services;
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures;
• Proven management experience of a team of not less than 3 people;
• At least 6 years of experience in the field;
• Native-like English;
• Creative, motivated, goal-oriented individual;
• US or European education is a plus (not required);
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus (not required);
• Experience of living abroad and working in Western companies is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities:

• Plans, leads and directs all aspects of Company's marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives;
• Develops, leads and oversees the sales team;

Qualifications required:

• More than 7 years experience in IT;
• Experience in several technologies, preferably .Net and Java; experience in creating project documentation;
• Experience in managing project teams is an asset;
• Previous experience in analytical work is strongly desirable;
• Experience in communicating with English-speaking clients is a must: defining and discussing requirements, creating and discussing proposals;
• Good negotiation skills is an asset.
